I purchased 3 items online and I Only was able to receive two and still got charged for all 3 I called customer service 3 times and was told there was nothing they can do for me the supervisor was over talking me so I couldn’t get a word out. I would never order from this place ever again. 2 days before Christmas and these kids won’t have the clothes they wanted.

The Children's Place, their was a problem with my shipment and your online team is not wanting to send me what I have paid for. My order came damaged, nothing at all was in the box.. I spent so long on hold for a lady who wouldn't even understand me asured me a refund would be made but then then phone cut our. I Called back for someone else who could not understand me at ALL. I have sent messages, I was lied to about a refund, no one will return my messages. I cant call for another Indian who can not understand me nor can I really them, I was finally replied to and told I would not be refunded or get anything I paid for until a 10-14 day UPS claim to I guess see if they take the fall?! This isn't decent customer service. These were jackets and winter clothes for my children. I'm a single mom, I bought thesee with their child support check. I can't afford to repurchase these. How do I tell a kid "Sorry, the Children's Place won't send the stuff your Mommy paid for until UPS pays them and we pray they're still in Stock IF they feel like sending a replacement." I have to be out by the end of the month alone. You have stolen & lied to your customer. I hope you can sleep with yourself knowing what you've did to my family. You have RUINED Christmas for us!

I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter for Christmas I received a confirmation when I ordered the jacket on their website however no confirmation email was ever sent out so about 10 days after not receiving an email I called the 800 number and they have no record of my order. But I'm more than welcome to reorder the product but of course the price is much higher now. The ref that answered the phone is overseas I could barely make out what she was trying to say and she was breathing so hard into the phone it made it almost unbearable.

I don't like the way Children's Place does business. I tried calling their customer service number and all I get is a busy signal. I sent them an email and they didn't answer that either. I thought by placing the order on line that I would have no problem but, it's very poor customer service if there even is one. I should have just brought her to the store. I will never do business with them again. I'm a very upset and unhappy grandma right now. My granddau keeps asking is it here today? Did you get an email on your phone yet? To which I have to say I don't know what's going on because the phone is always busy.

SCAM!!!!Never order online!!! I ordered for cheap was 60 %off. They cancelled my items, few times... I didnt had problems with other online orders!!! Indians-Arabic company, customer service cant even help me !!! If American they wont do that to customers. The customer service not helpful. Liers!!

I really liked this place but I've been ordering jeans for boys and they ripped super fast it has happened twice where my son's pants ripped from the crotch area and the second time from the back area. My son was embarrassed both times and they are expensive because of the quality. Do not buy jeans from here.

FRAUD! SCAM! RIP-OFF! So I purchased items and gained two Place Cash coupons ($10 off $20) which I could not use until September 12th, 2017. The night before I logged in and placed all the items I would like to purchase in my cart for the next day equaling $43.65(coupons applied). September 12th came and the website was down I called and was told to try it back in an hour. I did so and realize all the prices had now increased drastically! I had screenshot my cart items prior and the comparison was shocking, $9.58 to now $19.95, $12.83 to 24.95, $8.21 to $19.95 and few shirts 3.25 to $7.00, all the items were more than double and my total was now $72.85 with the coupons factored in. What a scam!!!, is this even legal? They encourage you to think you are getting a great deal but they went ahead and doubled + all the prices. I want people to be aware of this scam and how they cheat their customers, I will no longer shop with them because of the way they do business.

I went into the Staten Island New York location and needed to return a few items my son received as a gift 2 days prior. Well the return policy stated the merchandise can only be exchanged for a different size. I've never in my life heard such a ridiculous return policy. I didn't even care about exchanging, I honestly only wanted to pick out something different for him to enjoy wearing. To sum this up the associate behind the register snapped and seemed annoyed with me as did the other cashier. I will not shop there. The clothes are cheaply made and customer service is a big fat 0
