First time purchase and I bought 2 wigs from clearance in the colors I love. Sage by Estetica in CKISSRT4 and Mellow by Estetica in Iced Mocha. Both wigs are light weight and fit very comfortable.

I had some service issues after the sale, but Cody Area manager, personaly called me and after discussing my issues, he apologized for it and he offeered me compensation for it which it was so helpful which covers all the issues which it was mostly appreciated.

The service on the company’s part as well as the gal on the phone. I give them both 5 stars

It's my second time ordering from this company and I must say that anytime I needed some information you were always there to answer, and your prices can't be beat! Great!

Not happy with the account credit for a returned item. I was attracted to purchasing a wig from Chiquel because of its generous sales discounts. As a first time wig wearer, it is a good opportunity to take advantage of a sale to try out a wig. Although I have done my research by viewing YouTube and reading multiple reviews of a specific wig, it isn't until I actually try it on that I am able to determine if the wig is right for me. If the wig is immediately returned in good condition, I feel Chiquel should refund the purchased price to my credit card. Now I am pressured to finding another wig to use my credit of $181 or lose it. Perhaps Chiquel would consider a refund for a 1st return and a credit for the second and more returns. It isn't easy finding the right wig/size/style/and color. 5/16/24 Updated Review: I am very happy to have connected with Marie who Informed me that Chiquel would be able to refund the purchase price of the Brighton wig I had purchased and returned. Since I am a first time purchaser of one of their wigs, Chiquel's return policy does allow for a credit refund. Should I decide to make another wig purchase, I will first contact the customer care representative to assist me. Thank you Marie.
