I was pleased that I could exchange what I had bought and I found out that I could name the price. The only thing I was disappointed in was that there was no refund. It had to be an exchange.

Good quality hairpieces. Have ordered more than 5 orders. Everything received and as shown on their website. They stock reputable brand merchandise. Customer service was responsive when I needed to return a product that I didn't like. This is a good merchant.

I returned my hairpiece which was not what it looked like on the website. It would cost $25 to post it back in the box so I sent it in a padded envelope. It was only a small clip in. They will not refund my money because it is not in the original box. I always buy from wigs.ca and have never had a problem. I will never buy from Chiquel again. #dobetter

We always allow returns, but we simply ask for them to be returned as they were received as stated in our return policy. If you receive an item you aren't satisfied with simply return it with the box it arrived in. : )

I have just ordered a second wig and waiting for its arrival. I have had a bad experience with a company I bought wigs for 30 years and paying US dollars and shipping costs. Then got ripped off from another company supposedly in Canada. I then ordered and received my first wig from Chiquel and was thrilled about the quality and now ordered a short wig that will be here by months end.

Their customer service is responsive and super helpful. I would recommend them all day and every day to anyone suffering from hair loss/thinning. You can even schedule a tele-meeting with them for advice and suggestions.
