Chowbus gave us a full product solution that has really improved how we run things. Since we do a lot of business with our local community, we deal with a large number of online and phone orders, as well as many returning customers. Chowbus helped us set up a free website, and now customers can place orders directly through Google Maps. Taking phone orders has also become much simpler—we no longer need to manually enter phone numbers, and we can add notes for regulars and see their past orders, which speeds up the process. In-store, customers can order using a tablet and even sign up for our membership program on their own to get member discounts. Overall, everything has become more streamlined, making my job much easier and saving me a lot of time.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS THEY SUCK THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND NEVER RESPONDED TO ME

The restaurant (yogis grill) said they Never received the order. Now I have to go through the LONG ASS PROCESS OF REVERSING $24 on my credit card. NEVER USE THEM

I wish I could give zero. Terrible service + hidden fee. I made a pickup order via google map order today(by default Chowbus service)and arrived 1min earlier than the estimated ready time. But it wasn’t not even made yet. I asked if the restaurant can cancel my order. She said she was not able to do it. And I was not able to do that on my end as well!!! And I realized that the price was also higher and 5%transaction was charged… I will never use their service anymore.

Terrible service, full of scam, over 30% delivery fees, and with many hidden fees without being disclosed until you are charged. I would give it 0 star if I could! Stay away from Chowbus - I will never use it again!

I ordered from chowbus last month for delivery from a good restaurant and it was pretty good but when I ordered this time I didn’t notice that I ordered pickup instead of delivery. When I contacted them they’re telling me that they no longer do delivery services!! I don’t even have a car so I’m now asking friends if they can pick up my food for me. And get this, on the website, right next to the customer service section it was the driver service section and their telling me they don’t have deliver services anymore.

Food was ok. The app takes forever to load.
