1 star is on their best day, You will tell them your pallet measurements / weight and they willquote you say 500 dollars, once the bill comes it will be 1200 .. they add so many fee's it's like they are such money grubber scammers .. PS a load we had them try from Arizona to Washington state took 16 days .. instead of calling and saying yeah we screwed up and this one is on the house, they trippled my bill with fake fee's and options I never asked for..

Wow, the unprofessionalism, the unnotified delayed trips, the lack of communication. The worst of the worst, the bottom of the barrel, the lowest of the low. I've been. Waiting for a delivery for 4 weeks from a warehouse 2 hours away. Every time I call im on hold for uo to 2 hours, then speak with someone rude who can hardly speak English. The load number on all three of my orders are wrong when I called for an ETA, and this was given to me Via email. I dont understand why some companies still use these scum.

This is the worst company in the world, please don't use their services

I would give less than one star, if it was an option. Dealing with these clowns is worse than dealing with a mild case of the clap. At least with the latter some action of sorts happened, with CHR you get nothing but headaches. And freight left on warehouse floor. They even had the nerve to claim that said freight was picked up although it's hard to mistake a truckload of pallets that you are looking at all day. This has happened twice. The second time, their driver went to the wrong place and picked up the wrong load. Take my advice and ship elsewhere.

They are horrible to deal with. Tried to hit us with a $1400 charge after they messed up.

I am currently waiting to talk to customer service, on hold for 2 hours now, in an attempt to fix a change in receiving hours that our company did not change. We gave our receiving hours to the shipper before confirming a shipment and when checking the tracking log noticed that the hours had been changed to match the estimated delivery time. The wait time to be able to talk to a human is atrocious.

I am writing to escalate a very frustrating customer service experience regarding assistance with tracking a shipment. I attempted to call for assistance after being on hold for 45 minutes, waiting for someone to help me with the load. Unfortunately, the call was disconnected three times while I was waiting for assistance. I tried calling again and, at this point, I have been on hold for another hour without being able to reach anyone. After more than 30 years working in logistics, I have never experienced such poor customer support when simply trying to obtain assistance with tracking a shipment. This is completely unacceptable, especially when we are trying to get a basic status update on a load. We need someone to take ownership of this issue and provide us with the information we need.

Used a carrier they quoted to complete a job, the carrier never picked up causing late fees to be accrued. When i called the carrier they informed me they do not service that site. I talked to CH Robisom they said it was up to me to make sure the carrier serviced this location. If that is true why does this company exist but to take your money. Worthless
