I’ve never used them but our partners have used them to ship to our warehouses. They call me last week to confirm a delivery for today. I’ve called numerous times trying to track the delivery but had no success reaching anyone. Tried different prompts and got the same results. Sit on hold for a few minutes, then transfers me to an agent. But instead of a person answering the call, the phone just rings endlessly. Customer service is apparently nonexistent here. I’m requesting to my partners that they use a different carrier moving forward.

Decent brokerage, BUT GARBAGE after hours Department ! Work on it Please!!!!!!!!!!

Was good (which is why they got a 2star), but then went terrible. They damaged $700 of product in transit, I put in a claim that was ignored for 4 months (only responded to when I withheld payment - which they insisted was the priority). They increased my rates as a result of the claim, damaged more stock, then offered $60 compensation. I pointed out the over $200k I'd spent, but that was ignored. Highly recommend NOT to use them, they don't care about their customers. (All screenshots are still available)

The agents are playing games in CHR. They never give decent rates for Return Loads. They are making money on it.
