I needed a Chinese Visa and I am Taiwan born, naturalized US citizen through my parents. A bunch of documentation (birth certificate, parent’s naturalization doc, my passports) was needed but CIBT (Vicki in particular) were very helpful. Entire process was about a month.

Service was provided, I have no issue there. My problem was with charges. Be careful about premium service, it is added on top of base charge. In my opinion, it is double dipping.

Passport missing somewhere in mail. Getting multiple tracking numbers from cibt and carrier. Still a mail in service so can’t guarantee you will get passport in time for travel.
