The accounting platform within Omni is inaccurate and inefficient. The back ordering and payment allocation are misaligned. The paid function and balance of payment is inaccurate. These errors are then integrated into Xero creating a inaccurate set of accounts.

Running inventory setups across our channels can turn into a complete nightmare fast, but getting Jean LeMunyon on a support call cleared up our workflow issues almost immediately. She walked us through fixing our stock management settings and laid out clear solutions for our neglected purchasing modules. Honestly, the software dashboard itself takes some getting used to, but having dedicated support reps who actually know the system inside and out keeps our ops moving without breaking down.

Jean was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. While much of our conversation focused on feature requests, she shared valuable insights that will help us improve our processes. We've had a few of these calls over the years, and we always walk away feeling heard, supported, and satisfied. We really appreciate the time and thought she puts into each conversation.

Its a very easy system to learn and operate

This is my third time implementing Cin7 for a client, and working with Harshit P has been an excellent experience. He is knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to guide me through each step of the implementation process. He also proactively connects me with the right people whenever integrations with other platforms are required, making the entire setup much smoother. The onboarding process was well organized.Harshit & teammates took the time to explain each configuration thoroughly, ensuring I understood not just what to do, but why it was necessary. Thanks to his support, navigating and setting up Cin7 has been a seamless experience. I highly recommend working with him for any Cin7 implementation.

Unethical Price Increases. Their year on year increase exceed 10%. Ive been using Cin7 for about 5 years and it feels like they are just taking advantage. We can accept that cost go up, but over 10% annually is ridiculous. 'll be looking to move.
