When trying to get help, there is a lack of understanding and urgency. after asking 4 times for a demonstration of the full workflow of something, I ended up giving up. I then specifically asked for a particular person to contact me and I heard nothing. This isnt an isolated issue

I followed instructions on how to update my products and instead it duplicated them. The UNDO/Delete last upload function does NOT work. Now I am paralyzed. And my support person ghosted me.

Terribly slow / non-existent customer support. You can no longer call anyone. You submit a case and it just sits in limbo. Glitches all over the place. We are researching other services.

Worst Customer service. Cin7 constantly crashes, tickets raised and never resolved. Takes days to get to a resolution only to find the problem still exists. One of the worst systems I have had to work on.

Product not fit for purpose, Fails to perform the most basic functions without glitches, Customer service is non existent, took over 3 months to receive an email reply for an issue raised asking for screen shots of the issue. Do Not Use!!
