it is overall very good for inventory managment and the best part is you can get customer support very easily and everyone is very supportive. This at an accesible price.

The answer was fast! I couldn't erase a store as I want but support service answer quickly to let me know that I could use "Inactive" option.

Atul has helped us on board and has went above and beyond in every possible way. The system itself is also great! It accomplishes everything that was missing from other systems we have used.

Very powerful system. Before taking on Cin7, we did a lot of research and found Cin7 the most effective system for a small/medium size business looking to improve their operational efficiency. We have 4 Shopify stores, 2 API connections, Amazon EDI, Capsure CRM, and Xero integrations running and all are very effective. The support team is very helpful and allways try to find a solution. Highly recommened software.

Cin7 is an essential piece of software for controlling our inventory and accurately updating all our channels inventory numbers. We integrate our Cin7 with bigcommerce, Shopify, Amazon and Quickbooks while also running a brick n mortar store. The perfect solution for omnichannel businesses

Thank you to both Kunal and Sujan from the OrderHive Support Team for invaluable support as I learn how our systems integrate and communicate with one another, and for helping solve issues through escalations or explanations.

Support is great (we are using the Enterprise plan). Only gripe I would have is that Orderhive doesn't integrate with Accounting until you hit the Enterprise level. Other than that, this is a pretty decent program
