We are so happy to have chosen B&L!! They were very professional and always kept us updated with pictures and detailed texts on Lyla! We always got an immediate response with our questions. They even sent a link to track them on gps! Highly recommend them! Would use them again!

The only reason I gave you 2 stars because you did refund me my insurance but they allowed scammers on their site & more should have been done to guaranteed their customers full fund instead of suspending the drivers account. I will never trust these types of services again

This service helped me find transportation options for my dog Bean. We were relocating and I had no idea how I was going to pack my things and my dog in my truck. My daughter recommended the service and it was a relief! I would definitely use CitizenShipper again.
