Absolutely horrible company! Do NOT use them! They suggested a scammer to me who said my dogs would be traveling by air, then after I paid $750 that my 55 lb dog would be "under the seat"! Assuring me it would be ok! Obvious scammers, lost $750 and citizen shipper wont help me get the money back and even a WORSE wont return my $230 fee for introducing me to the scammer! They dont vet the shippers. They dont protect you in any way! Don't use them!

Carissa, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how upsetting this situation has been. While CitizenShipper is a third-party marketplace where drivers operate as independent contractors, and we do not recommend or suggest specific drivers to book, we take concerns like this very seriously and have already followed up with you directly to help address the situation. If a driver cancels a shipment, we are able to issue a refund for the booking fee, and our team is actively assisting you with that process as well as reviewing and addressing the concerns you’ve raised. We also want to reassure you that all drivers on CitizenShipper are subject to a thorough verification process, including background checks, ID verification, and manual review. Please know that we are actively working with you on this and remain committed to supporting you.

Great experience and the entire process was smooth as silk. I was worried about my new puppy but the team handled it. Tough decision when trusting a “family member” to someone you do not know but CitizenShipper is exactly what their brand says…you can trust them to bring your love ones home.

I recently had the chance to use the CitizenShipper service to bring my fido from California to the PNW, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The entire process was incredibly easy, from booking my diver to making the payment. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the drivers responded to my requests, which made everything feel seamless. The payment and communication interface was not only efficient but also very user-friendly. I appreciated how straightforward it was to navigate, which made my experience even better. Overall, I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a reliable and swift transportation option. Great job!

I needed to get a single table moved from Fremont, Ca to the Boise area. I had no recommendations or previous experience in which to find a mover, but got probably 10 responses to my move on CS. I found one that worked out well and got it moved on time. Problem solved.
