What could have been a stressful experience ended up being an enjoyable experience. From posting the listing to our puppy's drop off 1200 miles later, the service from Citizen Shipper and the Transporter was great. I wish I had known about this site before when I wanted to move something other than a 12-week-old puppy. I know now...

CitizenShipper has been a great resource in finding a good pet transporter. I had originally booked someone who didn't make the transport and ghosted me the week of the scheduled transport, but CitizenShipper helped me to get my refund back from the driver and gave me a credit to book another transport. The customer service was quick to respond and extremely helpful. I recommend using this platform if you need to hire a transporter!

I was satisfied with the service I received but was appalled at the VERY high fee that Citizen Shipper charged on top of the transporter's fee. I had no idea about this charge until I was in the midst of booking my transporter.

We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear that you were satisfied with the service you received. However, we apologize for any confusion or disappointment regarding the fees associated with using CitizenShipper. Our platform connects customers with independent transporters, and the fees we charge help us maintain the platform, improve our services, and provide customer support. We understand that transparency is essential, and we are sorry if the fees were not made clear to you during the booking process. We will take your feedback into consideration as we work to improve the clarity and transparency of our fee structure. This experience was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION from start to finish. Fancy Paws provided superb communication every step of the way. The pet pickup was done exactly when we requested, several updates with photos were provided enroute, and the delivery was on time with a very satisfied customer. This was a truly GREAT experience. This was among the best business transactions that I have ever experienced. If you have the opportunity to use Fancy Paws, do not hesitate. I am so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you, Fancy Paws!!

My kitties arrived safely and on time. They were well-cared for and the driver sent pictures each day.
