It’s like an eBay for pet transport. I would have given 5 stars except, CitizenShipper doesn’t tell you about there fees till after you agree with a contract with somebody to transport their pet . They should be apparent, they should tell you how much there fee is before you contract with somebody.

This service is great! The pick up went off exactly on time and the transporters kept in touch along the trip. We had great confidence that our fur baby was in good hands. Even when traffic caused delays they kept in touch and made sure to get Jazz to her new home even though it was quite late. They really went the extra mile!

Had an unusual position come up where my military child needed their puppy half way across the nation! Found CitizenShipper and it was easy, fast and true to their word! My grand puppy was delivered safe and healthy 1,100 miles away!

The $109 you charged me for on top of what I had to pay the actual shippers is absurd. I will not be using citizenshipper again

The whole process was good except after delivery I could not delete my post and I'm still getting messages from shippers. I contacted support and they told me that I can't delete anything. I constantly receive reminder emails that I have new messages.

First a little sketchy about it but extremely recommend this website for transporting dogs. My transporter provided an amazing service and very good communication throughout the whole process.

When I was looking for a courier I read comments and compared with price. Pam not only had a great following she also happened to be one of the cheapest. That being said - I believe in "you get what you pay for" so don't forget to tip if you believe in a job well done!
