We had a huge issue with the original sub contractor we contracted with to do our shipping. The Customer Service Department was awesome in helping us find a new freight hauler. We received full credit, found a new shipper and our freight was picked up the following day and delivered two days later.

Our Shipper arrived promptly at the time she said she would. The transfer of the dog was quick. Our shipper was nice and polite and told us the approximate time the dog was to be delivered. She sent updates on her location and delivered our dog safe and sound. Her rate was very reasonable. If we ever need a shipper again we will look for her!

This service made our family move so much less stressful! Flying our two dogs across the country alone was not an option, and traveling with two dogs and two children was far too stressful. I definitely recommend this site. I was hesitant at first because I had never heard of this site, but I did research and it seemed legit. I decided to give it a try and created my first post looking for my dog to be transported from Grand Island, NE to Fresno, CA. Within a couple of hours, I started to receive multiple bids. I picked my driver based on his ratings, but he also happened to be my lowest bid. Many drivers are also willing to negotiate prices as well. Overall, the site was very easy to use. You post the job, drivers bid, and then you decided who you want to pick to do the job. My dog arrived safely to Fresno, CA and my driver did not require any payment until the completion of the transportation.
