This company was great! I was a scared I’ve never used a company like this before. Carl and his friend were my transit and they were awesome! The communication was great! They took pictures, kept me updated on their location, which states they were traveling thru during the day. They were so sweet to my puppy took great care of him! This company is great

I had a good experience with Citizen Shipper. The drivers I hired transported my cat from Michigan to Texas without a single problem and with great communication. The fee is a bit high for the platform, but overall the cost was much less than for any other pet transport company I contacted, and the service was completely personalized.
