I thought the site was very easy to use. After putting in my information regarding what I was looking for I was matched with different shippers and I was able to chose the perfect match. I was a little nervous at first but everything worked out better than I could have hoped for. I would definitely use citizenshipper again!

When an unexpected dream-job opportunity suddenly required our little family to make a cross-country move during the COVID crisis, and no airlines could ship our large-breed puppy, we relied on Citizen Shipper's background-checked service to find a wonderful transport service for our beloved five-month-old pup. We adored our shippers, who provided our baby with plenty of TLC (and even training for his unruliness) as well as us with peace of mind (and even a laugh or two) with their regular texts of photos and anecdotes of their journey with baby Simba. We are so grateful for this service!

I had previously used this site to ship a puppy to Kansas and the service was exceptional!! So when I had more puppies needing to be shipped from Idaho to NY and MA, I decided to return to this site. I ended up getting a quote from Julius H and decided to go with him (although no deliveries had been made at the time or reviews) rather than the guy I originally used. He pushed me to book the delivery to ensure my dates would be saved so I did. He than pushed me to pay for the delivery amount even though the puppies would not be shipped until Sept 15th, he did not request payment up front and they had not even had their first vet check. He than agreed to do 1/2 and I said okay but when I went to pay him through Venmo it could not be made because he had reached the max. We than agreed that half could be made on Sept 1st and the rest at pickup time. I than get a call from some broad telling me she could send an invoice through Zelle? and pushed me to get them paid.... I felt very uneasy and questioned this women about why they pushed me to lock in the dates, pushed me to pay half and after agreeing on a date was pushing me to pay right now for puppies that were not going to be shipped for over a month. She got very rude and aggressive and told me to book with someone else, that they had good reviews and have made lots of deliveries (only 1 review after I booked) and said that she figured I would be hard to get payment from. I finally hung up and she texted me saying that she would make sure I was not refunded the site fee due to lack of payment. Trust me, I could have paid in full if I was comfortable about it. I talked with Citizen Shipper and explained that they had fallen through on the arrangements we had made and this delivery person would not be a good match for me. I am so glad that I did not pay anymore to these people as seeing the recent reviews for them are terrible!! I am going through the first driver I used back in Jan and he has been wonderful and amazing to work with (does not want ANY money until the puppies are safely delivered to their new families but you can never be to careful these days with all the scamming going on!! Thank you citizen shipper for working with me on the site fee!

CitizenShipper was very easy to work with. They responded with a reasonable bid. There was one a little less, but when I read all the positive reviews about CitizenShipper I thought, it is worth the little extra for the peace of mind knowing my pet was in good hands. They were able to accept the pick up date that I needed and everything was smooth sailing from there. My pet arrived safe and sound. Another great job!! Give them a try, you wont be disappointed.

Researched online and came upon this site. Provided my information and requirements. Within minutes started receiving quotes for my coonhound transport. Picked a reliable transporter with in a few hours. Worth the brokerage fee.

I was so grateful for this service! We had a litter of puppies that needed to go to various locations. With the Covid shutdowns that made shipping our pets extremely challenging. Citizen Shipper provided us excellent service and access to a wealth of well vetted and reviewed transporters that we otherwise would not have had access to. We found everything we needed with ease and great satisfaction. From bids to shipping it was a perfect experience! Thank you Citizen Shipper!
