Used citizen shippers for the first time and had never heard of them before. The process was well structured, and they made it easy to find several willing drivers for my needs with several quotes to choose from. I would def use them again. Thank you.

Miss B got my pup here safely - which is all I really cared about! I wanted to give 4.5 stars (which is not permitted, and why I don't like reviewing). Relatively good communications before and during travel.

Phenomenal! We coordinated extremely late at night and by the morning they were able to schedule and pick up my sweet puppy and transport her to MD! Within 24 hours my dog was scheduled, picked up, transported, and delivered! Everything was so smooth and seamless, and they were extremely thorough with any questions I had. They took great care of my puppy and I am so happy to have found them. I will forever use them in future transports for my fur babies.
