I was very happy with CitizenShipper. I found a good driver to ship my dogs from California to Maryland. I would definitely recommend this company for pet transportation.

Yes I made arrangements for a pet Transportation on January 19th 2 hours later canceled the reservation they then proceeded to continue to charge my card $74.80 refusing a refund when no goods or services were exchanged spoke to the manager and that also claims who is in charge still refusing to refund my money they did nothing for me didn't have any transportation services or Goods transferred or done by them but yet they still took my money very poor business practice beware I believe that they are taking people for money someone I canceled within a two-hour timeframe they already charged my card still refusing to return it back made a claim to thank the tank is now handling it I will make sure that they are under investigation for better business practices because like I said no services or goods were exchanged but I was still charged almost $75

Hi Christina, thanks for your review and we're sorry that you didn't have an exceptional experience with CitizenShipper. Our refund policy is shown here: https://citizenshipper.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204192449-Refund-policy Unfortunately we don't refund in cases where a driver is booked, but then you changed your mind later. However, we would be more than happy to offer you site credit for $74.80. I do see that you say above that no services were exchanged. Based on our records 21 feedback rated drivers either placed a bid or started a dialogue with you about this shipment. We also see that, through our platform you invited eight professional pet transporters to bid on your shipment, and that you engaged on our platform with ten transporters, finally settling on a transporter who offered you a rate of $400 for a 1,810 mile trip (just 22 cents per mile). As a third party marketplace we provide you with all the tools needed to make a decision and find the ideal transporter for you based on your budget and any other requirements you had. We feel that our fee is more than reasonable given all our platform offers, and we respectfully disagree that no services were exchanged as we provided you with a professional transporter at a great rate. We'd also like to clarify that we didn't charge your card after you cancelled. We charged your card at the moment you booked your driver, and provided us with your credit card information, which secured your reservation.

Noah's Ark Transport Michelle and Kevin were awesome, driving so many hours is not easy, I get worse when you have puppies that you have to take good care of, my girl Cher has an special need and they did more than well, she reached her new furever home safely and on time, great job guys, God bless you.

This was a really easy way to reach a bunch of different transport companies all in one shot, without having to send out multiple emails and requests. And, to keep track of all of their quotes and responses in one place. (This is really important when you have 20+ quotes to deal with.) I started getting quotes within hours! Everyone was really responsive. I was really happy with the company I ended up choosing, but it was nice to know if anything went wrong that Citizen Shipper would intervene. It's the first time I used them, but I know it won't be the last!

My experience with citizen shipper was amazing! My pup got here from coast to coast very quickly. My driver Steve was great with communication and updates, so I felt very comfortable the entire time. Plus my pup arrived happy as ever! I would definitely recommend citizen shipper for any pet shipping needs!
