Our cat got lost 10 days before our move from Virginia to New Mexico. We were all heartbroken. When a stranger found our cat 2 weeks after we left, we were very happy but at the same time worried because we had no idea how to get our cat back to us. Since we moved 1800 miles away, it was quite a challenge to find a way to get our cat back! Thankfully we found this website CitizenShipper where you pick a driver who will transport your pet to you. It wasn’t easy but finally there was a lady Felicia Larkins who agreed to our price and was willing to bring our car back. We were nervous first, had no experience with this kind is service before. However everything went smooth, she picked up our cat at our friends house and kept him safe for another 3,5 days till they made it to New Mexico. She was very friendly, reliable, always kept in touch with me and available to answer all my questions. Even send me pictures on my cat along the way! I’m very happy to found her and would highly recommend her to anybody who needs transportation of their pet across the country. Felicia, thank you for bringing our cat back to us! Our family is complete again❤️

Ceruleanpear Pet Transport almost killed my dog in transport. Zac, the owner, transported six dogs to their new owners. The contract was to transport only two pups. During the four day transport, my pup was denied adequate food and water. She relied on her own feces for food and her own urine for water. She lost over half her body weight in transport. When she arrived traumatized by her hellish journey, she was lifeless and within four hours was in the vet hospital and suffered two seizures. She almost died. I am livid that Ceruleanpear is still in operation after this horrific incident. How could Citizen Shipper continue supporting and sending jobs to Ceruleanpear? Ceruleanpear is not about safe pet transport. They are driven only by greed, plain and simple. The unexpected vet bill was almost two thousand dollars. The dog was intended to be my therapy dog for PTSD, but because of her own transport traumas she is unable to perform this important duty. Just think about it for a moment. Tragic. Do what's right. Investigate this company before sending any new contracts his way! Next Day Pets, the breeder who made transport arrangements with Ceruleanpear, o is seeking answers from you and we are not going to let this go. LLewis

Elizabeth, we are extremely sorry to hear you had such experience and we are very grateful that you have shared your insights with us. We have never before received any official reports about this from you or the breeder who submitted the booking, so we kindly request that you contact our support team via [email protected] and provide us with additional information so that we can close this investigation. Until then, we are officially informing you that the transporter's account you used will be locked. Thank you and we appreciate you for using our services and again offer our sincerest apology.
