We were needing to have a dog transported from Florida to Colorado and quickly. We researched different options and came across citizen shipper. We were a little hesitant at first as we have never done anything like this before but after reading all the reviews we gave it a try. We had a great driver and great experience all around. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely amazed with the service that was provided. I am so happy that I ran into this company. They have allowed me and my family to start a new chapter in our lives by getting our boy (our new pup) too use safely with updates through the whole time. Thank you so much CitizenShipper and Eterna for helping us!

I was very impressed that it was like uber but for pets. My pet transporter was super friendly and had pee pads, wipes, water ready for my 2 puppies the whole trip. He sent me photos all the way until delivery. I will definitely be using citizen shipper as I am a pet breeder.

Melanie was terrific She picked up on time, then kept me appraised of where she was and called several times to update and let me know when she was coming to deliver. The Bloodhound was happy, well fed and in perfect condition. Price was great. Gets five stars from me.

I posted my shipment request and received bids. From the bids I was able to access the shipper's profile. My large ornately framed 100+ year old family photos were taken out of state and delivered for me as agreed!

They helped me find the perfect match to deliver my puppy and find an excellent quote. Will definitely recommend them to friends or family.

Terrible customer service. Reached out for assistance and got a canned reply that made it super obvious that my question wasn't even read. When I replied and reiterated my question, Caitlen decided it washer place to chastise me. Overall crappy site design, not intuitive at all. Definitely won't be using them and would rather pay an actual transport company than deal with their crappy support.
