As a transporter working with them stinks! They lock you out of the system without any explanation why! you have customers waiting on you but you can’t respond to them until they deem necessary to open your account. Greedy people run this site!

I posted for a driver to do a pickup in Florida and bring it to Rhode Island. Got lots of competitive bids and picked one that worked best for me. The driver had an accident before my pickup and couldn't do the job. I contacted CitizenShipper, explained what happened and customer service immediately helped me post another ad which resulted in finding the perfect driver who did the job exactly as promised. Customer Service then refunded my initial fee right away and everything turned out perfect. I would recommend this company 100%!

Found a puppy in Tennessee, I live in NY, used citizen shipper to transport her. It was easy, efficient and my new puppy arrived happy and well taken care of. I was sent updated pictures frequently and there was good communication.

Used this site to find transportation for my new pup. It was very good! The set up was easy and I had received multiple bids for competitive pricing and time frames. The transporter I was connected with was excellent. She kept in constant contact and answered all of my questions including sending photos. She kept my pup comfortable, happy and healthy. She also delivered him a day early! I am beyond ecstatic!
