When I was thinking about “shipping” my fur babies I was scared to death and wasn’t sure if could through with it. Being able to read actual reviews from others who have gone through the same process made me feel so much more comfortable. I was able to make an informed decision. I was very pleased with the whole process.

I had a very short fused shipment from Virginia to South Dakota, and she was amazing! I had initially got a quote for just my two dogs, but I was also able to add my cat in with them afterwards which was a huge relief. She gave me updates and her location during the entire journey which was really nice for peace of mind. My animals were in very good hands and well taken care of. If I ever have to ship my animals again, I’m definitely going with her services again! She is outstanding and compassionate-highly recommend her!

Lena did a phenomenal job driving our pup from Maine to michigan. Keeping us updated on her location and pictures taken every couple hours. Puppy is happy and can tell lena took really good care of him while they traveled together. I would 100 percent go with platinum pet transport and hope every family dose to great service. Tamara was the most excellent driver in transporting our dog across country. She continually updated us on her route and while there was weather involved, she took routes that were the safest for her and our dog. We were so pleased in our timing and overall experience of Tamara and how she took care of Ebin.
