Good way to get smaller moves earn no one else will. Was surprised at low cost. Did get a little confused while using site and was not sure why I was billed when my mover says I pay him. You explained how it was just your fee and all was well. Still a good price. Citizen shipper

Worked well at helping me find a shipper, but kept asking for money after I paid.

Thanks for your review. Can you help us understand when you say kept asking for money? After you've paid your booking fee CitizenShipper doens't request any additional money. Are you saying that the driver was trying to modify your agreement? Thanks again for using CitizenShipper and if you could help us understand why your experience wasn't '5-star' we'll work on improving things!

Had a great experience using the site for transport of my rescue pup from OK to VA. The detailed reviews make it easy to chose the right bid. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I was very skeptical but it was for no reason I have a three-year-old pitbull who get carsick and has separation anxiety but the person who came and got my dog from Milwaukee Wisconsin to bring it to me in Texas made to stop by my place first in order to have my sent to get my dog to reduce the amount of stress she would endure. So I give this organization five stars

Citizen Shipper helped put me in touch with a reliable, trustworthy couple who transported my dog halfway across the country. I was able to see that the shipper had over 70 5-star reviews from previous customers, and I was able to read through many, many favorable reviews. I was also able to make the selection of which shipper to use because I was able to see other shippers who had fewer high ratings and a few negative reviews. This made making my decision much easier. The only change I would make to my experience would be having the site's 'brokerage' charge be more clear right up front. It was only after I accepted the bid from the shipper that I saw the price that CitizenShipper charges for putting you in touch with the shipper. BUT, the cost was certainly worth it for the service the site provided, as I never would have found Erica and Bill otherwise. I highly recommend this site.
