CitizenShipperReviews of citizenshipper.com

My experience with Citizen Shipper was top notch. A very professional and user friendly approach was shown by this company. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Great place to make easy money I love it

Needed a driver to pick-up my 2 month old puppy from a breeder in Pittsburgh, PA and bring her to me in Billerica, MA. CitizenShipper was highly recommended to me to be the perfect shipper to complete this for me. So I posted my message and in no time, I had a driver all set and before I knew it, my puppy was delivered to me safe and sound. My driver was amazing, he sent me GPS route so I could see where they were throughout the trip. He also sent text messages and pictures every time they stopped for gas or rest periods, I felt very comfortable and it was almost as if I were with them on the journey. Recommend highly!!!

The move of our household items from Chicago to LA was a great experience with Steve K. Steve is a good communicator. His loading skills are excellent - all items arrived in the same condition as when loaded. Delivery was on time and efficient. I highly recommend Steve K. and CitizenShipper

I call it "Uber for Dogs" (in my case). I loved the process and the profiles of those giving the bids. As well as the ratings from previous customers. The experience will vary with the individual, as one would expect. I liked the platform and would have given it 5 stars except for not knowing in advance that there WILL be a tax & fees charge, or what it will be. --- The only reason I knew there was going to be one, was through another persons posting. The providers know there will be a fee, but they don't know how much. I would like CitizenShipper to be transparent about the fees and taxes during the bidding process. This may be posted somewhere on the site, but I would have liked to know the screening process to accept drivers and if there are issues, how to get them addressed. I had an excellent driver (RTTR) and had no issues at all. He was a great communicator, sent regular updates, pictures and Glympse location.

Citizen shipper is VERY difficult to reach if you ever have an issue with a delivery or shipment. I tried to contact them over 5 times through both email, and phone calls. The number listed on the website NEVER gets answered. You can only leave a message which wont get checked or a return call. Best best is to email them and just wait. It took over a month to get my email response back. Even then, I am still waiting to hear back from them on my request. I have used UShip MANY times, and this was the first time using Citizen Shipper, and I will never use them again. UShip will at least answer your calls and make things right when you need assistance.

Very helpful . Prompt in answering email inquiries.

First time I used this service to generate some quotes for market research in moving my sailboat. I received emails and a call from a CitizenShipper representative, helping me receive the best cost. I was hesitant at first due to the lack of ratings for some of the drivers as this appears to be a new service. I took a risk and was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend that this service also assist in coordinating payment to the driver upon delivery. Payment to the driver was done through PayPal after I paid for the service usage fee through the site.
