Citizenshipper flooded my inbox with a lot of great service offers. We were able to easily review credentials, pricing and ratings to select our shipper. Our shipper did a tremendous job and took great care of our cargo. I would definitely use them again.

What a great find! We needed our sons husky/lab mix transported from CA to RI. CitizenShipper was the perfect resource. Within a few minutes of posting our request, we had a bunch of bids to choose from. Each bidder has a profile with how many trips they've done and tons of reviews. We felt confident with our choice and our experience was professional and seamless. The pup arrived in 3 1/2 days, happy and healthy. I highly recommend CitizenShipper.

Stacey is a wonderful person; communicative and caring. I set a potential date of November for our transport of a female pit bull from Wichita to Seattle, but had to reschedule. Stacey was easy to work with on the reschedule. We set a date of December 8th, and then Stacey asked to pick up a few days earlier. We were very flexible so it worked for everyone. I would assume, that traffic, weather, etc, can change a driving schedule without notice. Unfortunately, she got a flat on her van on the day of pickup and needed to pick up on the 7th. Safety comes first for everyone in my book. Great communication on Stacey's part regarding this situation and the repairs needed. The pick up ended up being on the morning of December 7th. I had pictures and updates on my pup's journey multiple times a day. Pictures were clear and I had updates on eating habits/bathroom schedule/elimination habits the whole time. When Stacey delivered my pup, my pup wanted to stay with Stacey. They bonded in a way one would hope when a pup is going through a transition. This showed me Stacey took the time to work with my nervous girl and make her feel comfortable on the trip. I have already recommended Stacey to others for a puppy transport. I would hire her again in a heart beat.

This was my first experience shipping a pet, and customer service was prompt in solving an issue having to reschedule a booking. I will use the service again!

Leo transported my kitty and was very attentive and sensitive to my needs. She picked my cat up from where she was departing and upon request brought my kitty out to me at her final destination. My kitty is healthy, happy and safe as well as adjusting well after the flight. I would definitely recommend this service.

CitizenShipper proved to be a fast and effective way for me to get a guinea pig from NC to VA. This was my second time using CitizenShipper, and the second time was equally smooth as the first. It was simple for me to enter my parameters, then the bids came rolling in. The first time I was nervous because I needed a small dog transported across many states. But I found all the drivers to be communicative, reliable and really friendly. I liked that communication was safe and ongoing from the start. CitizenShipper provided a solid platform for safe communication. I also felt better that there was a clear policy in place if anything had happened. I found the site easy to navigate. I was able to track bids and edit my needs too. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to move a pet long distances. I will certainly feel comfortable using it again if needed. I feel like the site does a good job keeping drivers accountable to high standards. Also, the site seeks feedback from customers on ways to improve the site. I think both are really important to keeping things running up to high standards. The only other thing I have tried is a flight nanny provided by a part time airline flight attendant not affiliated with a site like CitizenShipper. This was far more stressful because I had no way to reconcile bad service. And delivery day/time was more tenuous. I prefer going through CitizenShipper now.
