So easy and my driver was very trustworthy transporting my dog home!

Thank goodness for CitizenShipper. I found a shipper who I love and she drove my 2 dogs from Chicago to Naples Fl. She kept me informed the whole time and sent pictures. I couldn't be happier I found this site. I will use her again when it's time to go back to Chicago. Thank you Platinum Pet and Tammy!!!!

So frustrating whilst trying to communicate with the transport people. Citizen shipper kept telling me that I had to keep it non personal and not hand out any personal information. My description was asking for people to quote and for companies just to send their details, I wanted actual prices. It wasn’t just once either , I tried 9 different people and received a non deliver report back 9 times due to there rules that i definitely was not breaking! They charge way to much for this service.

The team was very communicative and picked up and delivered our dog on the same day
