I really enjoy participating in Clever's surveys; however, payment always takes much longer than expected, and I don't get much feedback from the team in charge, in fact, I have two pending surveys, one of which has been outstanding for over six months.

3 not 1 cause I found the surveys interesting and pay rate wasn't bad. I've been waiting for 5 months to receive payment for 3 surveys I completed and that's quite disappointing coming from a company with your status.

The actual survey experience was good, but the payment took over 6 weeks, with poor communication when I asked for status updates. The communication function in the CleverX website itself is broken.

As a survey taker on CleverX, I know they proactively give you an opportunity but are delayed in the whole payout processing. It takes more than 5-6 weeks to receive payouts. Nonetheless, the surveys also expose you to many new concepts and the platform allows you to explore other industry experts!

Survey end dates are often pushed back quite frequently which results in late payment. I’ve waited almost two months post completion to receive payment a few times now.

An overall good experience, but they need to optimise their payout system. Very often you need to chase people for the payment and it's a very specific email. The people who assign you the survey won't usually respond.
