Good experience. I like the expert networks with portals. Payment times are a bit lengthy in comparison to others, however the customer service is great and worked to accelerate that. Would like to see them add some in-depth interview options like other networks

At first it looked like it wasn't real. My payment didn't come on time but when I messaged the support,within minutes,it was released. I had issue with tremendous delaying my payment,I went back to the support and they helped me to get it out. So far,they have been doing great except for the long review in payment. That's why I gave them a 4 out of 5 stars

I work as a collaborator with CleaverX and have great respect for the company’s mission, the quality of the research projects, and the way they curate professionals. I’ve always been treated well and truly value the work we do together. However, I feel it's important to point out a critical issue: frequent and prolonged delays in payments. On several occasions, I’ve waited months for pending payments with no updates or clear communication from the company. This lack of transparency creates frustration and a sense of insecurity, which is unfortunate, especially considering how much I believe in what CleaverX is building. I’m sharing this experience with the hope that the company will improve its payment management and communication with collaborators. There is real value here—but that value should be reflected in how contributors are treated.

I've worked with CleverX a few times now, and it's been a positive experience (for the most part). The topics have been interesting, and the compensation has been fair -- it just sometimes takes them a little while to pay.
