In attempting to cancel my subscription with Cloaked, after 12 emails with “Kit” the AI contact, nothing was accomplished. 12??? Utter waste of my time! Trustpilot review prompted action! Issue appears to be resolved - awaiting promised refund.

For a company that claims to be all about stopping companies from collecting, storing and selling ones data, curiously seems to be in bed with Google and Branch Metrics for the express purpose of doing just that...collecting your data through their app. Proof is in the proverbial pudding with DuckDuckGo's App Tracking Protection (1385 attempts blocked 8 hours ago).

I've tried numerous blockers and none worked until I tried Cloaked. I told my sister, who is in real estate and got over 40 spam calls a day. Drove her nuts. We both love it. I recently switched from monthly to annual premium and got charged both but I got in contact with Ashley who quickly saw the issue and fixed it for me. I have never been more pleased with a service!!

Literally worst app ever. I have sent messages to Cloaked because I do not want to use call guard at all. I have significant medical issues and can't afford to miss a call from my doctors office. The app says "finish call guard set up" and the bot said: "Ahh, that actually explains it 👍 If the screen says “Set up Call Guard”, that means it’s not active on your phone yet. So there’s nothing to turn off. You’re already in the right place — you can just leave it as is and not go through the setup. Your calls will continue to work normally. The “Deactivate Call Guard” option only appears after it’s been fully set up, which is why you’re not seeing it right now. So in short: you’re good — no action needed 👍" My husband is on the road and has been trying to call me and it's completely blocked by Cloaked. He is a contact IN MY PHONE. What happens when the doctor calls me to tell me it's time for surgery and I completely miss it? Save your money you guys. It's so awful.

Emma was great in assisting me in finally getting my calls to be blocked by screened and blocked properly. I had spoken to 2 orher reps within thr last 2 weeks that didnt give me the right info but she took her time and got it working for me !

I experienced a highly uncommon issue when attempting to login to my account. After much back and forth on the phone with Cloaked Support, they were able to finally resolve this issue having never encountered the specific device settings I was using that prevented me from completing the login process to access my account. Caleb's ability to neck down the issue without having encountered the device settings I use was quite impressive. Caleb was phenomenal throughout this process with his patience and persistence in determining how to fix this problem and ultimately succeeding. Caleb and the Cloaked Support team are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring customers are able to remain confident in stability of this product. If you've ever read reviews about difficulties in reaching someone from the Cloaked Support team, I encourage patience as they will reach out to you and they will follow up to assist in whatever issue you may be experiencing.
