The young lady that helped me
The young lady that helped me, TAMMY, was excellent. I wish that I had not wasted an hour trying to fix my subscription account problem using the online service. Tammy listened to my problem and we were finished in 5 minutes. Thank you again TAMMY.

Just giving them my number I started getting Spam calls
After just putting in my number. About 15 minutes later I was getting Spam calls. In a 5 hour period I received 6 spam calls. I believe it's the company that is making the spam calls. I think this company needs to be investigated.

Cloaked disappoints
I used Cloaked after comparing it to other companies in their catagory and being promised a refund if I did not like it. After using Cloaked I found that it blocked all calls I received and I started to miss important calls. Even after I took their suggestions and turned off the their "Call Guard", it still blocked all the calls. Also, they did not honor their money back promise.

Great customer service!
Nerissa was very helpful with the issue I had, she walked me through everything and found my issue. She is the definition of customer support. And Cloaked has already started protecting me. Thank you

After 20 days with cloaked I am still…
After 20 days with cloaked I am still getting 100 spam calls a day after repeated inquiries as to why excuse after excuse advertisement of put your number in cloaked 30 sec later calls stop this is a scam promise

Amazing app and Customer Service!
I signed up with Cloaked about 6 months ago and was receiving at least 15 spam calls a day. after about 30 days, the calls slowed down and by the third month, there was a random one off every couple of days. The app is fantastic. I recently had a subscription issue. I spoke with Michael in Support and he immediately rectified the situation. Very please with the app and customer service.
