Customer Service Is Great
Even though I didn’t stay with the service, I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the agent, Marjow, who assisted me.

DO NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR DEVICES
I tried the service and did not like it for several reasons. I am trying to stop the subscription and delete my account. Cloaked has been giving me the run around for DAYS! I cant get it off my phone (in which it has taken over my calls and dropping calls and answering my call without just putting them through). I cant get any passwords in either as it has taken over that as well. Customer service is non existent. DO NOT PUT THIS ON YOUR DEVICES!

Hi Lori, that sounds incredibly frustrating and overwhelming, especially if the app affected your calls and passwords and you’ve felt stuck trying to get help. That’s not the experience we want for you at all. We located your profile and will be reaching out by email directly to help get this sorted out. You can also contact [email protected] or +1 (888) 857-5490 (Mon–Fri 9 AM–8 PM ET, Sat–Sun 9 AM–1 PM ET).

Filled my privacy tool belt for phone numbers.
In the pursuit of privacy, I've been going through filling my privacy tool belt. I was looking for email, phone number and mailing address aliasing. I have so far found/discovered 2 out of the three. Still looking for mailing address, a mailing address that appears as a residential address (according to google and any other map application)... I was looking for a phone aliasing solution. I am happy that I have stumbled upon this service. Apart from the system invalidating me from time to time from generating new phone numbers, I have no other complaints. I seriously hope that virtual debit service they are coming up with supports credit cards as a payment method. That would be awesome.

Hello, thank you for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear Cloaked has become part of your privacy “tool belt,” especially for phone number aliasing. We appreciate you sharing your experience and feedback as well. Our team is always working to improve the experience, and insights like yours really help. Thanks again for the support! Happy Cloaking!

I was skeptical but now I’m a believer
I was skeptical but gave the annual subscription a try. It is what they promised. My spam calls dropped from an average of 6-8 a day to 2-3 a week. My information is harder to find. It’s the real deal.

Hi Patti, thank you so much for the 5-star review! It’s completely understandable to be skeptical at first, so we’re really glad you gave Cloaked a try and are seeing such a big drop in spam calls. Hearing that it’s delivering what we promise truly means a lot to our team. Happy Cloaking!

Cloaked is a great service!
My experience with Cloaked customer service went amazingly! My agent, Nerissa, worked with me over the course of the week to verify a mismatched client email and verification process that we finally got sorted out. Absolutely smooth once I was able to talk to a human service agent.

Hi Axel, thank you for the 5-star review! We’re really glad Nerissa was able to work with you through the verification issue and get everything sorted out. It means a lot to hear the experience felt smooth once you connected with a member of our team. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to her. Happy Cloaking!

I was very hesitant to try cloaked…
I was very hesitant to try cloaked because I have been burned so many times before! I paid for a year service and went from 10-20 spam calls per day to 0 in 24 hours. To me, it’s definitely worth it and a legit service!

Hi Gina, thank you for the 4-star review and for giving Cloaked a chance despite your hesitation. Going from 10–20 spam calls a day to none in such a short time is amazing to hear. We’re really glad it’s been worth it for you and that the service has delivered real results. Happy Cloaking!
