Wonderful Customer Service
I had a few questions regarding the new beta features Cloaked offers. Raymart assisted me and gave thorough, well detailed responses. Raymart was very enjoyable to talk to.

Very happy with Cloaked
I have had a subscription to Cloaked for about 8 to 9 months and I watch their progress monthly. I am very happy with this service and have switched to the Couple plan to add my husband. Paired with my VPN, I have no unwanted solicitations and I love not having my information seen or available.

This is my second review - still nothing.
This is my second review. Cloaked responded to my first one and said someone would reach out via email—which they did. They asked about my hardware and browser, and I replied immediately. Then… silence. I’ve been trying to get help setting up my account for 24 days, and their support team shows zero urgency. Whoever runs their support department clearly doesn’t understand the word escalation. The entire process has been a joke—frustrating, negative, and completely unprofessional. There’s no contact info for anyone higher up who might actually take charge. They keep you at arm’s length and make it impossible to get real help. At this point, I’m planning to request a full refund again and move on to another company. Sadly, I expect to be ghosted again.

Good support and control of features
This product stopped the annoying “dead air” calls right away. I was worried about my work calls coming through the Call Guard but Narissa in customer service explained the process. There are a few more free advanced features I will activate soon to better control spam texts. I like that I have control over the features and can turn them on or off anytime. Getting ready to install on my wife’s phone.

Excellent help from Haze!
Haze was able to assist me in setting up phone guard! I get so many spam calls and I especially wanted this to work!!
