Didn't take me back until 35 minutes after scheduled appt time, demanded trays be taken not covered by insurance, telehealth dentist?? , told by one dentist no cavities and another dentist said I did. Tried to upsell every step of the way. Complete diaster of an experience and waste of my time.

The experience was very disappointing. Much of the equipment was not working and appeared outdated, and we had concerns about the site's cleanliness. We were also overcharged for previously paid invoices and received no support in resolving the issue. I will not return.

The branch in Tallahassee is taking advantage of college students. Pushing extra cost items kids say yes to because an expert is telling them to. $1800 worth of services for a cleaning. Even made her pay for an over the top X-ray when the normal x-ray is included. Don't send your college kid here. Their office told me they are of age and able to make their own decisions.

After yesterday's visit my husband and I have canceled all future appointments with Coastal Dental. I went in for a cleaning and while I was in the chair I received an very expense quote. Feeling overwhelmed I did agree and paid over $500 for the procedure after insurance. I wal told the estimate before I went in was T$100. GOOD BY COASTAL

One star for the office and front desk person. Four for the hygienist. She is very good,I feel bad she is stuck in that ghetto office. Most unpleasant and unprofessional person at front desk. She has no business working in that kind of profession. She’s a better fit for Walmart. I won’t ever go to coast again and will warn others.

The exam room was disgustingly filthy. I'm no neat-freak but the place looked like it has never been cleaned - ever - since WWI. Get a cleaning service! The floors & walls were the opposite of sanitary. The nice young gal who took me to the room had no idea what I was there for (hadn't read the notes), then proceeded to tell me I needed x-rays and a full exam which I didn't. I just needed an impression for a replacement partial. When I made the appointment I clearly confirmed that these were not necessary. She placed my partial directly on a plastic tray table without a paper - again, unsanitary since I had to put it back in my mouth. She was covered head to toe in surgical garb with a face mask and gloves. What good are gloves if she touches everything with them? Good for her, not for me. The only bright spot was Marie, the receptionist. She was super-nice and informative. We walked out.

Unfortunately aside from Dr. Ingalls and his assistant the rest of the staff was rude and contemptuous. Scheduling was terrible. I waited for over 2 hours. The front desk staff was incompetent and unprofessional. Clinic was dirty and smelled terrible. If you need a dentist I’d find a different clinic. There are plenty of others in the Wesley Chapel area that do it right!

I had an appointment for cleaning and kept getting confirmations about my appointment through text message and email and then I just got an email today thanking me for coming to my appointment. Well, I went to my appointment yesterday and the place on Willow Bend Road is permanently closed. No one told me wasted my time. Thanks Coast Dental.
