I have always been impressed at Coconstruct's immediate and detailed response to my request for assistance and this was no exception. However, the resolution has not always been satisfactory in my opinion. In this case, some changes were made to the file sharing entity of the program which resulted in a more time consuming process for my methods of sending those shared files. I expressed these concerns with the assistant however I was not under the impression anything would change. That being said, the assistant did offer alternate ways of sharing the files to facilitate my needs. Thank you Meredith.

CoConstruct is the best sub-client-team-information-Intergrated-file-sharing-messaging app I have ever used in my 25+ year career. It’s a single location to refer back to everything from conversations you’ve had to sharing shop drawings with multiple sub contractors. I show it and recommend it to everyone I come into contact with in the industry, in the course of my work day. When used the way it’s intended, it’s VERY effective and invaluable.

I have been a Co - Construct user for 10 years. I believe what makes the product so successful is that Donny Wyatt, the founder, has former builders on his staff and therefore the software directly reflects what builders need and want. They have also encouraged and implemented their customers ideas in the development of the product. I believe that effort is what has made Co- Construct a product that will continue to be cutting edge in the homebuilding industry.
