Co-Construct keeps us organized and on track. It's been a pleasure to be partners with this great company for many years. If you're a custom home builder just starting out or one that just needs to find a better way of doing things and you don't use Co-Construct, you need to check it out ASAP.

In the years that I have been using CoConstruct, I have been very pleased with the level of support, frequent improvements & upgrades. This software pays for itself over and over again. If you are not using it you are loosing money.

Our Company has been with Co Construct for many years after using 3 other software platforms. Co Construct is the best in these 4 areas: 1, Our Design & Estimating Team can input all relevant project information and costs. These facets can be repeated very quickly using Templates. 2, Our Clients can see exactly what is included in their project, what is not, and when changes are made the expected costs. 3, Both our Trade Partners and Production Team have all the information they need to produce the project based on the information in Co Construct. 4, Integration with Quickbooks is critical and works very well. Co Camp in Charlottesville was a massive help! Do not hesitate to participate, it is time and money that will pay dividends for years. Of the 4 different software platforms we have been involved with over the last 17 years, Co Construct is the best.

Spencer is Awesome! Wish he was here from the beginning, I think my business would be miles ahead -- but at least now I can see the path! Thank you Spencer!

Co-construct has saved us countless headaches. Communication with our clients is clear and organized. ALL decisions are documented. No more end-of-project surprises. I wish we had found it sooner.

We’ve been with Co-Construct for over 6 years. Our client experience is better because of it. Our company is better as well. The CC team is never complacent- always striving to improve their system. Their support is as great today as it was when we signed up - no horror stories, only praise. It’s one of the VERY wisest business decisions we have ever made. I look forward to what they will come up with next, because it always adds value!

Could never imagine going back to a time when didn't use Co-Construct. This saves me and my team valuable time and ensures that everything is so visible and transparent. Clients love it, tradies love it, my workers love it! Everyone loves it!
