Overpriced for Mediocre Services! The first 2 experiences trying to schedule were terrible, guide didn’t show up, second time they had supposedly technical issues. Causing unnecessary stress in my children, they were so excited for these classes. Also a waste of time. You as a customer can’t skip classes because those will accumulate before you realize you cannot re-schedule them without paying extra, or at least you need to continue paying a membership to “receive the classes you ALREADY PAID for”. No matter how you see it, Codeverse has a terrible customer service, they don’t care about keeping a clientele based on business relationships with you, they just want your money. Most Guides lack skills to work with children because many of them will just dictate or read the lines to your child to code. This is not teaching coding this is copying and typing lines!

This program could definitely use a more flexible cancellation program, life happens sometimes and I don’t believe I should lose a class session that I paid for just because of an unexpected occurrence in my life.

My son loves his Codeverse sessions and looks forward to them weekly. He has already learned so much. His teacher is very patient and always follows up with me to let me know how he's doing!

You guys are just great with my son. We just love Nick!!

This instructor just did not work out well for us. My daughter was like I want kristina or Jenny please. She was very robotic and only told her what to type—not much fun and interaction between a younger child. Maybe better for older kids. I love codeverse and I know we will be paired with someone that will do better. Thank you you guys have taught my kid so much!

This is an AWESOME program!

Save your money and user somewhere, They are complete mess. Guides don't have basic programming experience and how to teach a kid. On top of this Technical issues which is big issues , they always seems to have some glitch with website of code objects . They will make sure to cut the session right at 50 mins ( $1 per minute). There showcase is complete disaster , they don't have motivation for kids to stick to the program other than fake points. I would not recommend this company to anyone . They should go out of business.

Really love this program, Jacqueline is so great at what she does and communicates well. My daughter truly loves having sessions with her . Thank you codeverse for having people like Jacqueline represent your brand!!!!!!!!!
