It's the only free services for youth movements which offer so many options like calculation, intuitive formule for computing or condition. It also offer the possibility to send result by mail. The theme is nice too.

Applicable tools, useful user guide, strong support team, and very helpful.

I can't get access to the forms I need. I don't need to make any new ones, just have access to the ones already made. The other nurse I work with also has problems figuring this out and gets information not pertinent to our area. Not user friendly

I have not made any forms yet, it is confusing to me and to the other nurse as well. When I get a form I cannot figure out how to send it to the correct person, how to complete it, and I just end up calling the patient and not dealing with the forms.
