The makeup itself is great. Shipping was quick, considering it was international, and products arrived unharmed. Descriptions on the website were accurate.

The products I ordered from the on line photos were NOTHING like what I received. I thought I was buying pretty gold shadows and a palette with golds and a chocolate brown. I received orange eyeshadows which I threw away.

It's taking so long to arrive it. The company that should be handling my package is Brazil seems to forgotten it.

Colourpop has the best eyeshadow colors and variations from super shock to the many different palettes! I’ve tried so many companies over the yrs but Colourpop is the company I choose for my eye makeup.

There was a problem with two of the products that I have ordered. One of them was completly missing and the other one was white eyeliner, but the liquid was completely transparent with literally no pigment. I contacted their clients centerand they told me that they were sorry and that I would recieve my money back. Well I hoped that I would get new products as a refund and also I've already paid all customs and taxes, so now it is another complication for me t get back my money also from the customs duty office.

Es ist alles gut gewesen. Die Lieferung nach Deutschland war schnell. Die Produkte sind geil.
