I've ordered from them a few times. The one time there was a snag through no fault of Colourpop's, they still helped fix it. I love their products. Thank you for being awesome and budget friendly, and caring about your customers.

An item was left out of the order, and instead of replacing it, they offered a voucher - the issue is that this does not cover the cost of shipping if I want to re-purchase the item they missed.

I received my order in less than a week and everything came perfect in the box. The makeup is also beautiful and I love using it.
