I looked at multiple CCW instruction courses and settled with these guys. Before I signed up I called and spoke with a representative to ensure live firing was part of the course and what the schedule for the class looked like. She informed me it started with class time at Scheels and around lunch time we would travel to the next city over to do the live fire portion at an indoor range. I planned accordingly, found a babysitter, as my wife was going with me, allowed for enough time to make it back to the class, and had my firearms and ammo ready to go. That morning I received an email that the class would start at 8 at the live fire range. With that change in schedule, we were going to be latem I called customer service and the lady who answered was not pleasant at all. I explained that I had called, prior to signing up, and confirmed the schedule. She didnt want to help, instead, she canceled my enrollment. I didnt find this out until she hung up, so I called back. They instantly told me they would not refund the amount I paid and instead said they scheduled me for the next class a month out. I called back, asked for a refund again and was told the request was made. That was 3 weeks ago, still no refund. I called and left a message, crickets so far, that was 3 days ago now...no money, no class rescheduled. I think I got robbed. Doesnt seem like they are about customer service and delivering a good experience, but more about taking the money and getting to the next class.

The particular class you registered for started at 8am and had live-fire scheduled first. We understand that you were not able to get to class on time and that the rescheduling solution offered did not meet your acceptance. We began the refund process, however, refunds can only be issued if a customer has not requested a chargeback through their financial institution. You would need to reach out them directly at this point. Again, we are certainly sorry to hear that you did not have an exceedingly positive experience with Concealed Coalition, and we hope that you are able to register for another course that better meets your needs.
