I called and asked to cancel the order, they said No they couldn't cancel, cause the order was already shipped, which I didn't see it was shipped, so we received and apparently 1 order was cancelled and i still paid for 2

My order was placed on May 7
My order was placed on May 7, money was taken out and I’ve emailed twice now and they just keep saying they’re sorry but still haven’t received my package or any updates on the delivery date. It’s June 21.
