been 2 months and still haven't received my order

I ordered the complete package with the supplements men and women, along with the lubricant and they only send me the men’s vitamins and lubricants and left out the women’s supplements. I had to go back and pay for the women’s supplements seperately and when I order they sent me 2. Other than that I have not yet started because of their mess up and shipping error. I was supposed to get it I’m 1-3 days and end up waiting 3 weeks also
