I haven't seen the final product yet, but everyone I worked with was helpful. There are a few things I would change. For example, I ordered a contract proof but was asked to approve the final proof before seeing the contract proof. That is confusing. I had trouble getting a paper sample book, and finally got two after several requests. There were other little things, but overall it was a good experience.

Hi Ross, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your review. Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement, and we appreciate it greatly. We are so happy to hear our team was helpful. We strive to provide excellent customer service, and your kind words mean the world to us. We also recognize that this step in the proofing process can feel unexpected. Our process of approving the digital proof first helps ensure accuracy and avoids unnecessary time and costs before producing the contract proof. We are deeply sorry for any confusion we have caused. We also want to apologize for the late paper sample booklet. We understand how important it is to see those samples before committing. We are actively working to improve our processes to prevent this from happening again. We are also more than happy to expedite shipping for any future sample requests. We would love to discuss further and learn where else we could have done better to serve you and our other partners in the future. If possible, please call us at 800-707-9903 or email [email protected]. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with 5-star service soon.
