Bought a kit for a M&P Shield Plus. Had problems with the guide rod/recoil spring being too tight causing the takedown to be excessively tight and having trouble removing it. Contacted customer service and they never got back to me after 1 email. Sent another email and was ignored. I wouldn't buy another product from them and do not recommend.

Top notch product, a must have for folks that cant always make it to a range. Customer Service has always been excellent.

It's a great product. Easy install and setup. The realism is satisfying when training. I had to show it to a bunch of my friends and coworkers. They all got a giggle out of how it worked. I am impressed and thrilled by this system.

I love my CoolFire Trainer and use it lots, to say the least. In fact, I may have overused it, hence the need for repair... Oops. It's hands down the best, most versatile and safest training aid. Period. I sent the CoolFire unit for repair: they repaired it and sent it back, as good as new! But what I really appreciated, is that while CoolFire while having issues with international shipping (presumably due to the nonsense handgun ban in Canada), they held on to the item and sent it once they worked through the shipping issue: they did not forget about me. CoolFire is one of those few companies left that still answers their phone (imagine!) and responds to their customers. Simply phenomenal customer service.

Good idea, but expensive for what you get.

I wanted a set for a Glock 17. it was out of stock. I then received an email that it was in stock and I ordered the set via the internet. I had problems paying due to my bank card. This was handled very well by the employees. My point of criticism is that once I paid, I had to wait a very long time for delivery. I then inquired and it was delivered after all. But the entire process took many weeks, even though it was indicated in advance that the set was in stock. I live in Belgium and the delivery came from the US. This went fine. But now I use the product and am very satisfied with it.

They send the wrong guide rod and recoil spring. The laser fires twice each trigger pull and scatters the hits. The customer service could care less. Tell you that they will send return labels and two weeks later no labels. Do not buy this junk.
