First and last order. Awful experience on the customer service asking the same thing over and over after I have already replied with the address that I haven't had trouble on another site like Amazon. They won't help you at all.

My glasses arrived exactly as ordered. These were progressives with designer frames. Prescription was perfect and they fit great out of the box. Wait was a bit long, but I was expecting that. The key will be how the coatings last over time. Previously, from a different online company, I ordered much cheaper chinese glasses. The coatings broke down exactly at two years; I really take care of my lenses, and this still happened. I spent more here hoping for a better outcome. Hopefully that will work out.
