Ordered three pairs of frames with magnetic sunglasses. First two broke easily. Third and final set arrived a few weeks ago and unfortunately one of the sunglasses lenses fell out two days later. Again unfortunately CoolFrames was not interested in replacing the sunglasses. They said the manufacturer did not offer a warranty. Needless to say, next time we buy our frames elsewhere.

Best pricing and upfront discounts vs basically all optical stores. Great selection also. Took about 2 weeks for my glasses to arrive. One of my lenses weren’t seated in the frames properly hence the 4 star review. The lens actually looks too big for the frame. Not really concerned as the lenses were free and will be going the Costco to replace lenses. My frames on the other hand are genuine and amazing quality (Prada linea Rossa). Will definitely order from here again and have been recommending the site to friends.

An easy and clear transaction experience. We had already tried these frames on in our local store but the price on CoolFrames was 30-50% cheaper. We also had no customs or duties issues from a US package coming to Canada. I would definitely not hesitate to go to CoolFrames again.
