Just poor performance all round really. Updated due to (kinda rude) reply, It's poor because the glasses ordered did not match the prescription I provided. Also don't publish private information on a public channel. SMH.

I have ordered frames 3 or 4 times and the frames arrive quickly and of the same quality as you'd expect from an optician. However, you pay much less than from an optician.

Recently purchased TB frame and the quality was very bad. The frames of the glasses were bent, so it was difficult to fit the lenses. It's still curved, so I feel dizzy when I wear glasses. I chosen Tom Brown frame instead of Cartier. I felt happy that i didn’t order Cartier.
