Your frames are good quality and I'll order from this company again

My lenses for my corrective side make my vision even worse than making it better after having to send them back once I gave up and just lost the money.

This was the first time that I have ordered glasses online and It will be the last. I ordered a pair of frames with tinted polarized prescription lenses. They came so light that you could clearly see my eyes behind the lenses. I sent they back and they assured me that they were going to make them darker. I got them back and they were exactly the same? So I called back and sent them in and they told me they would darken them up again. They came back a second time the same again. I called back and they told me that they were as dark as they could make them. so I asked for a refund and they told me that the lenses were non refundable but they would change them out for me once again. I had them just put non tinted prescription lenses in. I got them back and to me it does not seem like the prescription is right because everything is blurry. I am so sick and tired of going back and forth that I just gave up and now have a $300 something pair of glasses that are worthless to me and I ended up going and getting some new lenses put in an old pair of frames that I had for sunglasses. Will never shop online for glasses again!

I love the way you guy's payment plan is I love that you guys have a the new style of glasses you have.

The glasses were very uncomfortable and after numerous attempts, they could not be adjusted. There was a break in the plastic near the end of the glasses on each side which caused a lot of irritation where they pressed into the ears.
