Great, love the glasses

I was able to transfer the lens from my old frames to the new without too much trouble after a YouTube visit. They fit fine but a nose pad broke and I had to order a new one.

I still didn't received my glasses after 4 mont's that I paid.

*Update on my order. As of 27 January 2022 I still have not received a refund despite constantly chasing. They even sent me a receipt on 11 January saying they had refunded when they had not. * I placed an order on 7th July 2021 and as of 19th October 2021 I have still not received my order. On contacting CoolFrames I was informed that my order was being returned to them. I requested a full refund but was told I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee for a product I have never received!! Prompt response to emails but as yet no refund.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses on 9-15-21. They arrived 9-30-21. I opened the box to discover the sunglasses were not in there. I called the company and sent pics. Saying they will have to open investigation with USPS to see if driver can give info. The package required a signature, so we had to pick up at post office. I was told they weigh the glasses at warehouse to make sure they are in the box before shipping, so think USPS tampered with package.
